GayStayz is a vacation listing and booking site.
Reveniew from listing fees, and other streams may be added.

The site has an exceptional script in performance and security that cost me $300.
Includes booking clender for each listing, google exact map location, ability to add templates to the site {temp_name}, listers can add extras to their account within it, ie: featured add, extra pictures, more listings etc. Contact owner, regional settings, languages, and the ability to create as many packages and extras as you like.
There is a space for the listers to add their own web adress, if the booking module is not needed for them.
