Hello,

I am selling 5 of my facebook fanpages in the video gaming niche, these fanpages combined have over 244,000 "REAL" fans. These are real fans (over $1,000 was spent on facebook PPC to build these fanbases) and the fanpages are active and responsive. These fanpages are each themed on very popular video game brands and were originally built to promote CPA offers which were very successful but no longer have time to maintain them due to other priorities. The Halo 4 fanpage is particularly desirable right now because it doesn't come out until holiday 2012 (Nov or Dec) so you will be able to build it up and ride the PR and marketing buzz that the game itself will generate. This was exactly the same strategy that was used for the Call of Duty: MW3 fanpage before the game launched and it did extremely well during that time. There are many things that can be done with these fanpages, you can point the traffic to a website, build a list, promote CPA and affiliate offers. Again these are "REAL" fans and not bulk bought garbage.
After purchase I will make the winning bidder an admin on each fanpage and then you can delete me, and you will be the sole admin.

Besides the lack of time due to other priorities why are you trying to sell?

I just don't understand why you would sell for a quick buck when you could have someone else monetize the site for you and there is always opportunities for JV partnerships.

That is really the only reason I am selling them, I just really am wrapped up in other projects and just have no time or interest to keep working on them or managing someone to work on them. They already have served their purpose for me and instead of just letting them go stale I figured I would sell them to someone who can work with them.
