Hey All,

After the panda and penguin, SEO became a lot more time consuming and calculated to see decent results. Im selling most of my mini sites so I could focus on a few bigger sites which I recommend you all do unless you have a team.

Please understand, Some of these sites made money while some made no money. I have done a good bit of back linking on all of them so even the ones that didn't make any money could still be valuable to someone who uses feeder sites to power their SEO to their money sites. Or it could be useful for adding into networks like AMA, ALN and TK.



If you are interested in any of the sites you see below, make me an offer. I don’t expect an unrealistically good offer for a site that has no earning potential and can only be used as a feeder site but please don’t come up with 5 bucks either. If you don’t see any use for any of the sites below, no worries, move on… please don’t troll.

Anyways, so here are the 6 sites that I wanna sell below.

1. http://www.shedpal.net
This is a really good earner for anyone who can rank the site again. This is one of those sites that was severely neglected and still made good money as long as it was ranking.


I only did a small initial seo campaign and it started ranking because of the EMD, but ranked only for a short while. Only a couple hundred links built. its not ranking now because of neglect but it will be easy to rank again because of the EMD.


It never really ranked very well to begin with. In the last year it has only had 296 visits total and has made $202 in revenue. The outgoing clicks to merchant were 130 which is a really good 40% CTR.


The EPC comes out to a really good $1.55

Screenshots can be provided for all of this for proof upon request. You can also target other pet vacuum and grooming keywords for this site since conversions are really good.


This site won’t sell for cheap.

2. Feather Hair Extensions
Total Revenue in the last 12 months: $20

Traffic:
40 visitors a month
This website received almost a 1000 visits in Oct 2011out of which it made 20 bucks. After that, traffic has died down for the phrases it s ranking for. Still ranking for 3 phrases.

Why would you buy: This is a PR1 homepage. About 1400 backlinks in Majestic. This website will be a valuable backlink resource as a feeder site.

3. Comfy Control Harness Review and How to not get Ripped Off...

Total Revenue in the last 12 months: $76

Traffic:
20 visitors a month since feb 2012
Before that, the site was getting on average 200 visits a month when it was ranking for one of the minor keywords. I neglected linkbuilding and the site fell.

Why would you buy: This is a PR1 homepage. About 1200 backlinks in Majestic. The main keywords comfy control harness and comfy control both still have decent search volume. For someone who knows how to rank EMDs post penguin, this could be a nice little earner. EPC on the affiliate program was $0.2 per click.

This can also serve as good backlink resource if you''re not up for ranking the site...

4. http://www.fastbrite.org/
Total Revenue in the last 12 months: $17

Traffic:
130 visitors a month (avg) this month and the last
Before that, the site was getting on average 90 visits a month but after penguin it started ranking better.


It is currently number 5 for main keyword.

Why would you buy: This is a PR1 homepage. About 1600 backlinks in Majestic. The main keywords fast brite still have some search volume. For someone who knows how to rank EMDs post penguin, this could be a small earner but not a whole lot. Conversions aren’t real good on the merchant side. A better use for this site will be to use as a feeder site.


5. Flirty Girl Fitness
Total Revenue in the last 12 months: Zero
Right after I registered this domain, the affiliate program close on the networks I am on. This program is available on Amazon too but I did not monetize it with Amazon.

Traffic:
130 visitors a month (avg) this month and the last. The keywords started moving up in ranking just in the last month.


SEO: 800 links in majestic seo.


Could be a nice earner if you can monetize. If you are a part of a CPA network where this program is still active, you could switch out your affiliate links. There are still very good search volumes on the keywords for this site.


6. HD Aviators
Total Revenue in the last 12 months: Approx $100


This is an approx. number because the affiliate program is through optimal fusion. They recently switched over their program to another platform and data was not migrated.

Traffic:
60 visitors a month (avg) this month and the last. The site is not currently ranking for its keywords.



Don’t think there is much earning potential for the site anymore. The only reason you’d wanna buy this site will be to use as a feeder site.
SEO: 600 links in majestic seo.
