I don't understand why the price is so grossly inflated. Its PR0 and doesn't look like it makes any money... what keyword is it #1 for in the search engines? I can get a 15 year old domain on godaddy for $20

He has valued it at that price because it could potentially be much more valuable than $795 to an accountant in Nanaimo.

This site isn't meant to make money. You make money with this site when you sell or rent it to an accountant. If your savvy this is what you do with the site: - Create a domain relating to accountants in any community. - There are more than 20,000 communities in the USA where accountants do business. - There are more than 1.5 million accountants in the USA. - Copy the site I am selling to your new domain. - Change the text on the site and in the sales page to suit your new domain. - Sell or rent that site to an accountant in the community you chose for $XXX depending on your strategy. - Rinse and repeat to as many communities as you want. There's 1000s. This model works! I'm doing this model with a different niche. Better than accountants for me. Selling several sites a day. I have more than 1200 sites. Here's the deal: I thought someone would jump on this site right away. If you're a war vet and want to try this online model, contact me. You can have the site now for nothing and pay me as you make money. |

Whats stopping anyone else from ranking what I'm seeing as a fairly easy keyword Sherlock? See how it's a parked domain? Not hard to lose ranking and that seems to be this sites USP. For the record when I checked on google.com, I saw it on third place so obviously not a geographically universal #1.

ichl13: You're dumb. The domain name isn't parked.
