Its a lot you are asking for. Esp with the FB fan page where there is hardly any interaction and only 5 people talking about it. The Web site looks quite good. I am interested but the asking price is way too high for what it is,

Ridiculously high for that type of website. Alexa is over 1.7 mil. I have 3 week old websites that have better statistics than that.
