Hi Oggyoi,

I am sorry that so many were burnt, were payments made through PayPal? If so I find it rather unlikely that everyone was unable to receive a refund, especially if they paid with a credit card. From what I've read if you use a credit card you can file a chargeback/dispute with your cc company and receive your money back regardless of what we sellers do. I can sympathize with some skepticism because I'm new but it seems that even those who have been here quite some time can be scammers. I am an open book and through open communication and transparency I hope to win over those clients willing to take a chance on me. I hope you all the best in the future!
