I am selling a website, Bitchinrants.com [PR3!], including its subdomain. The sites are in different niches, but I have decided to sell them together.

1. Crafting site (subdomain)

I started this site in September 2013 and put a lot of effort into it. The website’s niche is ‘crafting’, a very popular and strong niche, targeting mostly woman, who are strong buyers .

In the last 4 months:

- site generated 98,615 unique visitors (and growing); that is aprox. 24,600 uniques/month or 820 uniques/day. All traffic is free; I never paid for it!

- site is populated with 1,410 posts (mostly images), distributed across the social networks (Pinterest, Facebook and Tumblr)

- site generated $5,621,03 revenue, meaning $1,405.25/month of passive Adsense income (posts/images are distributed automatically via premium plugin)

uh...so there's no search traffic coming in to this site besides weird celeb keyword traffic.....and you're saying you banked 30k views a month on it...but the alexa is over 2 million... riight...please explain...I would really like to know if I'm getting rusty on site analyzation and research. EDIT: sorry 1.7 million alexa.
