I’m putting up a slew of eBay and Amazon affiliate niche sites this summer and need cash to buy domain names so I’ve decided to sell one of my best-performing sites.

It currently generates at least $325 p/month and this month it’s on track for $365.

I’ve done nothing with this site in the last 60 days, so it’s super-low maintenance.

The majority of the traffic comes from organic Yahoo Search where it has the #1 spot for its Targeted Term. I’ve not optimized the site for Google though which means that there is strong upside potential for someone willing to take it and promote it properly.
