Testing Facebook Ads

I'm about to put together an Facebook PPC campaign.
Long story short, I have done the persona research on my market, such as:
  • their backgrounds
  • their desires
  • their fears of buying the products I offer
  • what they saw before from my competitors
  • their frustrations with the status quo

I believe these are the types of variations I can have:
  • timing
  • interest
  • location
  • location
  • message
  • creative

I'm wondering if I'm stuck to serial rather than simultaneous testing if I want to keep my daily budget available (let's say $5 to $10 per day before I ramp it up).
If the answer to my first question is yes, what order would you test the variations based on the common trends from your past experience?
