Display Ad at the bottom of a page

Does anyone know of any tool that allows me to show my ads at the bottom of the page?

I saw a few times but I don't know the company. When you click on the link on social media you go to a website and you are able to display you add at the bottom.

It's like hellobar but shows at the bottom of the page of any website you share the link.

Do you know anything like that?

    Well, if you're using word press then the guys over at IM Income Lab have a plugin for that.

    There is a free WP plugin that will put a ribbon at the bottom with a clickable link.

    The guys at my theme shop have a free ribbon plugin and a plugin that will post adds anywhere on your site you choose. You can preset it or use shortcode to put it exactly where you want it.
