Bing allow direct linking if the landing page has no autoplay video/sound and no exit popups.

I woud choose Bing over adwords, because it gives me slightly better ROI. Both networks provide free coupons to test your ads. Honestly, I've never used different PPC network than the two mentioned.

I split tested both networks couple months ago and found out that Bing gives me slightly better ROI. But there are some products that just won't work with Bing traffic.

FB also doesn't like too spammy sites... like loose 10 pounds in week, go to sleep and wake up rich, cure xyz disease in 2 days... just promote legit...

Your backlinks should not be generated all the time from the same IP. And GSA works faster on VPS, instead of running it on your own PC (even 24/7).
