I have a heart murmor.. and syiatica from sitting on the PC too much. Had surgery on my back at age 18. Am 21 now.

Definitely check out the typo's on those keywords, I'm sure lots of people don't know how to spell them :D

Either way, go for long tail keywords. Like where to find a nutrition coach and try to...
