Weight Loss.
If I have chances to make a decision, I tend to choose the articles about weight loss, which is a hot niche and I think there are lots of people who are in need of this type of articles.

If you have many quality articles, at first, I advise you to post them on your personal blog. Later, when those articles are indexed by Google, then you can publish them on EZA.

As far as I know, there are no relationship between Google AdWords and AdSense.
So, although your AdWords account was banned by Google, you can still own a AdSense account.
