1) Aggressive link building can get your site temporarily filtered. Depending on what you did it can take a couple of weeks to a few months...

Dont buy pr, buy backlinks. PR is a good filter to narrow down domains to look at in more detail, but buy based on link quality, diversity, stickability.

2) It is always TEMPORARY and the site bounces back, sometimes stronger than before, anything from 2...
