For me it's the insane cost of PPC for web design-related keywords! I've seen rates as high as $50 per click for some keywords. I know PPC isn't the end-all solution for marketing, but holy crap...

Unreasonably demanding clients, and also the fact that an awful lot of business owners these days prefer to forego having their own self-hosted websites in favor of Facebook fan pages.

1. WhatsApp.
2. Line.

I tried the plugin Wistia on one of my sites for a while, but found it had a lot of issues with other plugins.

I use Aweber and am very pleased with it. It is easy to learn and use.

Maybe some of the other auto-responders are equally good, but I tried Aweber first and have stuck with it.
