The #1 spot might get around 60% of the traffic. I'm guessing that the first page receives well over 90%+ of the traffic from searches.

Its intellectual ability which can describe whether someone is a scammer or not. So look at content of site and content of product which he/she is selling. Also look at whether it is secured or not....
