Also, IMO there are lots of reasons NOT to accept one...even when you can.

Verbal is usually enough, but if they send you a picture of a check, then you have proof they were okay with it. Or just a one line response in email will give you written record if your bank asks...

Depends on the client. I do like Adobe, and for most I bet this would work. I do use it the most. There is a part of my business that is a bit more "Corporate" and Docusign works with "real"...
