Hosting of simple SaaS

Hi there,

Planning on creating a small web app. Just simple php with MySQL.
Any suggestions where I should host this, so that have minimum administration of the server side of things, but can just focus on the app itself (if there's phpmyadmin it would be great for the MySQL)?

I have something on Hostgator, but not quite sure if I dare establish a business saas on their services.

Thanks in advance,
Thomas

Based on what your requirements are, any regular web hosting plan should work.

Thanks. Is there any service that you'd recommend, where I don't have to think about server management, but can focus on php and MySQL?

    Thanks,
    Thomas

You can purchase any cPanel web hosting plan as its provide you option to manage MySQL database using phpmyadmin and files from control panel.

While selecting any web hosting provider, kindly check if they provide 24x7 live chat and ticket board support with quality support, so that you can concentrate on your app instead of concentrating on web hosting technical issue.

Based on your requirement, i think you need some kind of a managed service for PHP MySQL sites. Quick search on a Google led me to Cloudways platform that does this. You just have to launch the server and deploy your app and the team behind it will handle the server administration. They have got PHPMyAdmin as well.
