need some direction

Hi, I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
I am trying to find out what I need to do to make my site replicable.

What I need is this.
When someone comes to said site blahblah.com
and signs up to the program I am promoting. They do not need to
sign up to my site,it's just one page promoting an affiliate program.

They then are able to promote my page but have the program
affiliate id changed to their id.

So when they promote the page
all they have to do is add their affiliate id to blahblah.com so it would look like this blahblah.com/r=id hope this makes sense

    The concept sounds simple enough, a smile script that saves their email/name etc during the intital signup and auto generates their affiliate data based on this. You could then email them the details so they can save it and start promoting or auto create an account for them to login and access some sort of dashboard.

    Since it's a simple concept, I would suggest hiring a freelancer as it's not a big project and shouldn't cost more than 50-100 USD.

    Fivrr is probably a good starting place.
