    Laurence, no offense, but when a "client" tells me it'll only take 20 mins to do etc!
    This means they can't do it themselves and they have a limited budget and a really bad preconceived idea as to what needs doing and how long it will take others to do it for them.
    It will most likely take 20 mins for someone to read and understand the spec let alone do the "work".

    Let's move onto your project.

    Is it just php programming? or do you want php to mysql?
    Is it just php programming? or do you want database integration?
    Is it just php progarmming? ???? simple includes are fine, quick enough if you have the files already, if you want someone to create them for you, well then, that's a different matter.
