EDUCATIONAL DATABASE SITE

Can anyone know how to build a database site for a charity organisation in education.
What they want is a site where each school can register and get individual pass and access the data base profile of students in their various campuses.
Also on the registration page each school will fill in a questionnaire which will be used as their school info on the log in page.
