One of my clients has complained that he cannot print the PLR PDF's that I sent to him.

As far as I can tell, he is the only one to have run into this problem.

What types of things could cause a PDF to print only "Character Errors?"

I'd like to know if I can solve his problem before he cancels his subscription.

Thanks in advance.

I have to think that if he's the only one that's having problems it's probably a corrupted install of Acrobat Reader, or a horribly out-dated version of Acrobat.

Sorry, that's not much help, is it?

      Thanks Steve,

As far as I can find, he's the only one.

He states that he is using a brand new Konica Minolta. I sent him a different version of one PDF, smaller. The original was PDF A/1a and 730kb, while the one printed (from the PDF A/1A) through CutePDF virtual printer, which came back at about half the original size.

I also asked him to check to see if his printer drivers needed updating, even though it was a new printer.

I haven't heard from him since I made this post. I'll see what happens tomorrow.
