Gazette Carousel Not working, Plz Help!

Hello, I have the Woo theme Gazette for my site and I am having problems with the Carousel not working.
Heres whats going on: I enabled it to work, selected a category, set the images in the post, and saved the settings. Lets say I select 3 featured articles with pictures. What happens is that the 1st image is shown with the 3 smaller images displayed in the top left hand corner which is normal.

The problem: Nothing happens. There is no movement. It just shows the first image of the featured article and doesn't move, transition, or fade. It also doesn't display the summary text, the top and bottom boarder, and the left and right navigation buttons do not scroll.

It seems like its stuck, but if I click the main image, it will take me to the URL where the image is linked to.
I don't get any error messages and everything else works properly. Does anyone know what the problem may be?

I haven't messed with any of the theme files either. Any help would be appreciated.
