Dap, 1ShoppingCart and Google Analytics
Hello Everyone,
We've been using DAP on my bosses site for a few months now and have been more than happy with it. My boss uses 1ShoppingCart to handle orders which integrates nicely with DAP.
However, we just launched a whole rebuild of our site and along with that she wants me to get eCommerce tracking working with 1ShoppingCart.
After doing some reading, it seems the way this would normally be done is by using a custom thank you page that captures the POST data and feeds it into the GA script. The problem with this is DAP uses a custom thank you page to create the account.
I asked Veena about it and she suggested making an intermediate php page that feeds the POST data into GA and then resends that same data to DAP.
The problem is I have almost no programming experience.
I'm wondering if anyone here has personal experience integrating DAP, 1ShoppingCart, and Google Analytics.
Or, if there is someone here that is a skilled programmer that would be willing to point me in the right direction or give me a quote.
It seems to me it should be a pretty easy process but I'm just now starting to learn PHP so it's above my head.
