Sorry for the crappy looking sales thread, this is just an idea that popped up in my head and now I'm trying to see if there are people interested in this.

As we speak we are building a network of 400 sites for our existing clients, all hyper niched and dedicated to them. Our aim is to build the largest niche network on the planet.

A better deal then this doesn't exist so I bet there will be plenty of animo.


What does it cost when you do it all yourself?

I hear you thinking, why not buy you own PR3 domain and host it? Well few reasons:

• If you want 10 domains the hosting costs definitely add up, I pay on average $80/year per host and I pay that year in advance, that's $800,- to get started
  
• Solid PR3 domains go for $100-$200, however most are fake, I've seen too many people end up with fake weak domains and wasting their money, with us you're guaranteed to get a soild domain as domain research is a skill that you don't learn in a day. We've years of experience on that front. 10 domains * $150 on average = $1500,- with no guarantee for success.
  
• It requires time to set this all up and probably you have better things to do, let's assign 16 hours to setup a network and many more hours researching the domain, I don't know what's your time worth but let's say $25/hour, that is an additional cost of $400,-

In other words a total cost of $2700,- to get started with a 10 site private blog network, that is when you want to do it properly same like we do and not depend on all those weak domains that are being sold for $30-$50 by others.

You can't rank a thing with that or at least nothing with a decent amount of competition, sorry for being so blunt.

Some might think, but hey PR hasn't been updated for over a year, why you advertise it as such? Valid point, however if I have to chose between a hugely flawed DA, a total useless TF from Majestic then I rather deal with PR that is outdated for only 1 year, but if these other metrics mean anything to you?

Well don't worry, good domains automatically have good other metrics as well, we can show you upfront if you like, however worthless domains can have very good metrics as well and that is exactly the reason why I use Pagerank as a starting point, the rest is way too unreliable. Sad but true.
