Link outreach From my site (Back Link)

I had someone email me a info graphics(pretty good one) and wanted me to post to my site.. Never had someone ask me I know they will get a link back but I guess i would get the benefit of the content on my site?

It is not a direct competitor and in a related niche.

So should I add a page and add it? Any harm to me?

On that topic are info-graphics good for SEO? If I make one and submit it to info graphic sites are those typically No follow? or is it mainly for traffic?

Thanks

If you're worried then simply make the link back to their site nofollow, however if the site the infographic is linking back is trustworthy then no need to nofollow.

If infographic is relevant and adds value to your audience then definitely go ahead a publish it.

If you're thinking about making your own infographics then best approach it as a means to funnel traffic to your site buy offering useful info. I wouldn't use infographics purely as a link building technique.

if you think it adds benefit to your readers then do it! -

and yeah, they want a link, theres no harm if its not a competitor - and as scott said you can no-follow
