I don't think that backlink software works today after few Of Google's update. Better look for natural backlinks which you will get by providing rich and quality content.

Back linking to get better rankings? Used to work a few years ago when there was not much competition but nowadays, waste of time.

You would be better off to learn how to do PAID marketing. Faster results while free marketing like SEO can take a long time and get you NOWHERE.

    No recommendations.

But I'll not agree to the theory that software do not work. No software will work at its own, it entirely depends on the user how he/she uses it.

You will always find people, and I mean a lot of people, here on WF and on other forums that will tell you that they are using software to build backlinks and have never been penalized. (No, I don't use software for backlinks).

The point is it is important to learn how to use the software for best results.

It is NOT a software that gets your site penalized - it is your way of building backlinks.

If using a backlinking software ALWAYS result in google penalizing your site, I wonder why those building manual backlinks, the right way - get penalized?

So it does NOT depend as to whether you use a tool to build links or you build links manually, all that matters is how you do it. Once you know what to do and how to do it, a software will just help automate the things.

So the initial step is to learn how to build backlinks, try it manually, see if it works, and then go for a software (if needed) just to automate the linkbuilding process.

    I hope it helps.

I have had splendid results from combining quality content (based on accademic research papers) and NoHands SEO which is very simple to use.
You cant polish a turd and I dont think you can rank a braindead blog with any kind of backlinking. Google looks at bounce rates and other metrics that will reflect the quality of your site. But if you have good content, backlinking will help you build traffic.

Is it safe to use such a software though? Won't Google 'know' somehow that you're using it and penalize your website?

I know that SEO still works, I have a friend Rob Fore who has built multiple six figure businesses doing just SEO, but you have to understand what you are doing or else you will get no results and you can get slapped by Google, as Google constantly change the rules.

I know Rob does SEO the following way:

      1) He chooses 1 keyword and optimize the content for this 1 keyword only and make it as much valuable as possible for people who find this content from Google.

      2) He then builds massive social links to the content, to create engagement and show Google that this content is popular. I think he has like 4,000 different social accounts.

      3) Then he GRADUALLY build backlinks for relevant blog sites, 20-40 a day, not all at once! He has a private blog network with 1,700 high PR blogs that's how he does it.

That's basically it. I know he has a couple of services that you can do all of the SEO for you and make sure that your content will rank on Google. Personal message me for more details about that.

      Hope that helps...

    One word: Natural.

If this is a site you care about, if this is one of your main money sites, then keep the word natural in mind. I began doing SEO in the '90s. There will always be a way to game search engines, whether we're talking Google, Yahoo, or even Youtube, G+, and Facebook. The trouble is, you have teams of people working in a dynamic environment to combat gaming of their algorithms. So, for long-term success in search rankings, you absolutely must use a natural approach. This doesn't mean ignoring how you think the algo works; it just means applying a natural approach to it. You need to bone up on ranking factors and you need to encourage natural ranking of your content. If this isn't a site you care about then by all beans hammer the hell out of it. Just keep in mind that at present content and social engagement of that content are the most powerful ranking factors.

I think Google is watching out for those kinds of software and Google is ready to penalize your site if they find out you use backlinking software.

One of the best ways of creating backlinks is by searching for quality blogs in your niche, form a good relationship with those blogs. Start guest blogging on those blogs.

Just be aware of backlinks. Give some time to learn another way.

Focus on quality links istead. That's what works today.
