I dunno if you guys are experiencing this or notice something too. (Health Related Website).

1) Links are not indexed
2) Keywords goes down. Some are not in Page 1 of Google.
3) Cache Date not changing for 3 weeks now.
4) Alexa Rank is going down

Is there a new update with Google or what?

All characteristics of a penalised or sandboxed site. Sometimes, you may face these issues if you use a domain that has been penalised in the past and then dropped.

Some of the keywords has been in the first page or second page for two years already. Just noticed these changes for a month now. Nope, the site wasn't penalized before. What could be other factors causing this? Would you suggest monitor and check again next month?

I'm curious what you think a sandboxed site is?

Do you have many duplicate contents? Are you updating your site regularly? Kindly check...that might be the case.

About a month ago Google bring Penguin 3.0 and you might be penalized by it. However there could be any manual penalty, you should check your webmaster tools to verify if you've been affected by any Google manual penalty.

I did not hear anything related with G's update recently, nor this niche related update, this sounds has something to do with your site, and above suggestions are worth to check.

There is a great free tool on spy glass, this tool allows you to download and check all your back links it also lets you know if any of the links are at risk. Its also a great tool to check your competitors links.

Well, I would say this fluctuation in ranking maybe encountered because of the Google Dance, wait a week to see if that's going down continuously if you feel like then I guess this is the good time to have a watch over your backlinks profile or sometimes have a look over the competitors what they are doing because their optimisation would be the thing which is making you stand out !

Thanks guys! I'll give it another week. How about the cache date. It has been stagnant with the date October 20 until now. Maybe Google's on break for thanksgiving.. ugh. Thanks guys! I appreciate the help.
