Is this Google Algorithm (Penguin or Panda) effect ?

I am seeing lots of traffic drop/rise in past days and it seems to be Google Panda effect... What you suggest to recover from it

Still it is not confirmed that it was panda or penguin so I am not able to provide any solution.

Are you sure it's Google panda? Did you break an onsite rule. Check if it's an off-page rule you break.
