It will not affect your overall SEO and organic results. You can use Google Adwords again by registering a new Google account and use another card.

      Are you speaking from experience?

I've read on other forums that Google tracks your ISP address, name, address, etc...

      Good to know!

What's the next step to increase my organic ranking?

      Blogging?
      Youtube videos?

      Thanks.

You can restart it again with a fresh new Google account. You got banned only for that account, and don't worry, it is not going to affect your overall SEO and ranking.

Okay - but won't they recognize my website?

Or do I have to built an entirely different website as well?

      Thanks.

Alexa does not know your site. This has nothing to do with Google, but is also not good for your site. A relationship between the Adword and SEO are officially not, but I think, and everyone who has already made a Adword campaine will have noticed that there is a correlation between Adword an SEO.
