Keep at it. Hammer out the quality content for skin care. Be sure to interlink your posts to your past related posts. "Skincare" is highly competitive and will take some time and patience but the payoff is huge. Best of luck!

You need to use different platforms to reach your targeted audience like social media sites, blog sites, forum sites etc. that are related to your niche. This will tell the search engine that your site is establish and trusted by the users.

Agreed with Taposh Google Adwords is best option for keyword research. Check the internal linking for skin care page and refresh your content for this page. Use those keywords in your content which has food ranking in google search. Try to change your title and meta description this will also work.

Its seems like you didnt focus keyword research,
2nd thing that is comes in my mind you also dont have good onpage. Try to do advance onpage use your focus keyword directly or indirectly in meta Title.
After that trying to build some authority link by using some LSI.

It's always about constant and quality content. That way you can assure search engines will notice you. But if you want a fast result, you can make use of ppc campaign.
