Go to google keyword planner and see how people are searching for your competition in your town. Copy them and beat them out with Google hangout videos you can make - just 2 minute videos from inside your place and do a series of videos. meta tag and keyword them well and get them up on youtube. You will get first page ranking as I am sure your competition isn't probably using youtube!
