Yoast sitemap question..

I'm creating a sitemap with Yoast, or actually Yoast created one. It actually created 5 sitemaps. I thought there would be one like website.com/sitemap.xml but instead I got five formatted like:
website.com/post-sitemap.xml
website.com/page-sitemap.xml
website.com/category-sitemap.xml
website.com/post_tag-sitempa.xml
website.comportfolio_category-sitemap.xml

Is this ok? Do I submit each sitemap to webmaster tools or is there a setting to create just one.

I prefer to use each individual one but you may skip one that you don't want (like tag or category etc).
