New anchor text rules? What is BAD or GOOD [2015]

As far as I am aware links like Top 10 'Keyword Here' Ever are not acceptable when used with an out-bound link. Am I wrong? Can someone explain it in detail?

Would doing this below ever be unnatural? (link example)

Just like wiki's do? Or should I go another way about it? It is just hard now to link in a way the user knows what they're clicking.

Can someone please explain what is GOOD and what is BAD with a few types of link examples?

    Whoever told you that you could not use keywords in your anchors has no idea what they are doing.

    Those kind of links are fine.

      I mean from your site to another. Isn't there a keyword rich anchor text change? Making them useless/harmful now?

        The author of that article has no clue what she is talking about. Ignore everything she says about anchor text.

                There is nothing wrong with using keywords in the anchor text of your links.

                Just investigate sites in the SERPs and you can see for yourself.

                I rank sites all the time using almost nothing but keyword rich anchors.

                      Thank you very much for an instant response. I thought either Exact Match Anchor is now bad or at least will be in the future but I can now see how that is wrong as both those links are as natural as they get. Thanks again.

    Rule of thumb is to keep your anchors as natural and editorial as possible.

    That being said, exact match anchors are still working and they will be for a long time. Just don't overdo em.

    Take a look at the sites ranking top 10 for your target keywords and check out their exact match percentage.
