Quick question here... How do you register an international domain? For example if wanted to create a website for the Philippines instead of .com, .net, etc. I wanted .ph?

  • Hello, You can use internal well known domain register companies.
They are trusted to do big deals.
    Thanks.
  • Check out 101domain.com.
  • Try searching on Google for different registrars, although some countries require that you are a resident of that country to register a country specific domain. Not sure about .pH domains though.
  • Some extensions have certain requirements and others do not. If the domain has no restrictions you can register it just as a com or net, as long as the registrar supports it. If it has restrictions, you may need to use a Trustee service where the registrar uses their information to meet the requirements. You could do that with Hexonet or 101domain
  • Try any top domain sellers like GoDaddy, Register, NetworkSolutions. Additionally, although not sure about the .ph extension but for some countries like .au, .ca, .uk they need additional documents as proof of residence. Make sure about it in your case.
