I've heard that if a lot of people search for your keyword and watch your Youtube video it will go up in ranking.

Are there any "Youtube video watching" services or groups where you give them your keyword and they find your video in the SERPs and watch it?

    You no need to give keyword separately in any service or group, you can just do SEO as how you do it for websites , blogs, etc

    You can buy video watching services on websites like Fiverr and SEOClerks I believe.. But, you can also build you videos by doing normal SEO on them. Put your keyphrases in the title, description, do some link building to them, tweet/share them on social media..etc. All of the above will also help increase views!
