Just a note to re-affirm the advice that's been given.

I know there have been a few warriors that made good money charging people for link lists, but if you just think about what your goal is - if you use a prescribed list of places to get your links from and lots of others are using the same list - you will all have the same link footprint and it only takes Google to find one person doing it and they will find all the others too, then your efforts will have the effect of making your site tank in the rankings and be hard to get any rankings back.

However, if you still want to do it then search for the sites which are relevant to you, are similar to your niche, have some domain authority.

I disagree that Google doesn't owe much value to backlinks. Links are still very important but it's not about the amount of links, it's about the quality of links. Why Link Building (the Right Way) is Still Important Matt Cutts said they tried looking at their results without links as a factor and it was much worse than with links.

First of all I suggest you to create backlink manually. Don't use any tool for creating backlink. You can use Google for getting high PR sites. You can search with "List of high PR dofollow bookmarking sites" as well as for "blogs" and "forums".

I also disagree that backlincks are not important...o yes they are. Find on google...forums,blogs,social bookmarks,article posts,web directoriums...and so on
