MajesticSEO - TRUST & CITATION FLOW 4 Root Domain vs Path(URL*)

I want to get back link from http://dcdancenet.com, but I am not sure if it will be good for my site or bad. Here is where my confutation is:

I am using Majestic.com
#1) My back link would live on the page http://dcdancenet.com/nedancenet/shopping/ This page has Path(URL*) and URL Trust Flow 0 - Citation Flow 12

#2) Now dcdancenet.com Root Domain has Trust Flow 31 - Citation Flow 27 AND URL Trust Flow 22 - Citation Flow 28

My question is:
Do I have to pay attention to #1 Trust Flow 0 - Citation Flow 12 and NOT to get back link from that website from that specific page
OR
Do I have to pay attention to #2 Trust Flow 22 - Citation Flow 28 and get back link from page http://dcdancenet.com/nedancenet/shopping/



I am confused Please help

      Majestic is not your only resource. I always compare Majestic and Moz. The DA on Moz is good, so i would feel comfortable using the link.

        I don't understand why you just didn't get the link?

        Are you going to pay for the link?

        It's not from a page about something related to the page you want it to link to?

          Page is relevant and i do not have to pay. Page(internal page, not home page) where my link going to live has Trust Flow 0 - Citation Flow 12. After reading so much about TF and CF i think that their website might not be best idea to get my back link from, it gets me to think that their website has spamy back links..... But at the same time there home page has Trust Flow 31 - Citation Flow 27 and that makes me think there site is good. So you see where I am lost crazy.....

            I don't see why you're spending so much time looking at trust flow and citation flow.

            Get the link.

            Trust flow of 0 is quite common on internal pages, especially on blog posts.
