Best alternative for Pro Rank Tracker?

I've used Pro Rank Tracker in the past and it is an amazing tool for monitoring rankings.
Best of all, it was free. However, they are now paid. I have to prioritize my budget on tools for SEO, so I'm seeking for a new free alternative.
Anyone suggestions? I've heard about SERPlab.co.uk, but their service has extreme limitations (like you can't target a specific country), that it does not produce useful information.
