Looking for good URL tracking service

I used to use Click Audit to see how many clicks I got on my Craigslist ads , but it has been some time now that Click Audit no longer offers this service...

Does anybody know of another free URL click stat tracker ?

      Ya One of my friend told me that he is too using that, still he did not get any issues with it, However, In my point of view it is better to go for a PAID one....

    I wouldnt use any link tracking site... you loose ANY and ALL pagerank or link reputation. Just install Google Analytics and you will be able to track all of your inbound links/ clicks.

      I only need to see how many clicks my clients ads are getting on Craigslist, it used to be so easy with Click audit , you simply created a redirect url for your ad and you had instant stats....I don't care about back links...Craigslist automatically ads "no follow" tags anyway

    You can easily just simple add a small image to your ad that is on your server and then check the awstats and see how many hits that image is getting (or views).

    Much simpler and free.

      Thats a pretty cool idea , I never thought of that...

      however I have solved my problem, I simply found a good URL shortening service with tracking capabilities....for anyone who needs something like this I recommend Short URLs with analytics, social media monitoring, and geotargeting - Cligs

      you can enter the same URL multiple times and it will give a different short url redirect every time, plus it allows you to track clicks

      This is great if you want to post image ads with html links to multiple cities in Craigslist without getting your ads blocked
