That's irrelevant. These sites do not allow you to post your link to their high PR front page. You get a nofollow link on some weak new page or your own feed instead.

Is this SEO? No. It's worthless busywork from SEO point of view. You're not improving your ranks or anything like that.

Good info here. I'm going to use that list to do SEO for my new Ecourse. It's a course on how to lose weight for every day people called "how I lost weight by not drinking a gallon of beer every day." So the course teaches people about my journey, where I lost a bunch of weight with this one simple trick: I just didn't drink a gallon of beer everyday.

There's no exercise required and no screwing around counting calories. I think this will do really well with certain demographics.

  That could actually work because if you drink two gallons of beer every day, you will likely end up in rehab. You're not allowed to drink in rehab so you should lose a bunch of weight. Yeah I think it will work!

  Social bookmarking will earn you good quality traffic; this in turn will boost your website Alexa pretty much. So why not use Dofollow social bookmarking websites and earn some backlinks which will fetch you good link juice.
