    I noticed some keywords that I'm not directly targeting bounce around a bit (on that date), to be fair about this, it's pretty normal. If you total the traffic from Google across all of my sites there was no significant change. I did notice that some sites are down a little bit overall, which is normal. It's spring in many places, people are going outside and doing yard work or taxes. Maybe a -3% trend across all my sites overall.

    Sitting around and checking the "algorythm weather" is a 100% complete waste of your time.

    Conclusion: Google was probably thinking "We now feel that the constant value of one part of our ultra complex ranking algorythm should be multiplied by 1.0072 instead of 1.0070" and that causes the entire index to bounce around slightly.
