One page websites & SEO

Hi all,

We want to do linkbuilding for a one page website (Aneto biedt maatwerk software oplossingen voor uw organisatie).
But not for the homepage. For example Software ontwikkelaar of tijdelijk andere expertise nodig?.

Is it possible to get that page high ranked?
Or do you guys recommend to just do linkbuilding for the homepage?

    Hi Guys, Could you please review the site given below. I have been working on the SEO of this site for months but only few of the pages has been indexed yet, but still with poor ranking. I have been working on this for the past 7 months. But I couldn't find the fault. This is a word press site. Also i have added it to google analytics and webmaster tools. www.astsolution.org. Please let me know your suggestions.

    No, Because you are already overdoing it by exposing your anchor text links
