Hi, For several keywords my website was ranking in first page of google.com.. But from the past 2 days for the same keywords the site is not found in first page, it shows in fifth page.. what may the reason? Is there any new Google updation?

No, since last update Google has not updated. It may be your competitor must have worked more than you. Hopefully.
