Listing Directory info. Diff tel numbers etc.

We have a listing website and use tracking software that changes the telephone number when someone lands on a page. that number they call then tells our system the source of enquiry.
We want to list in some decent directories, but are worried about giving telephone numbers that google doesnt see on the site. I'm worried that if google is looking at the trust of the site, it could look dodgy, when its just a case of different tracking numbers.
Any ideas how to deal with this?
