I am trying to remove some bad links that are effecting our site ranking, I have submitted that links in Google disavow tool. Anyone can tell me how much time it will takes for remove.

    It took me 6 days to see changes in SERPs, I suppose it depends on the keyword.
    Relax and focus on building better backlinks don't wait in front of your screen for serp changes, it'd do you no good friend

    Last I remember, it took a few months for Google to remove them.

    they may never be removed. The disavow tools is a request. if they get any sense you placed them to your site or had knowledge they may decline the request.
