one word domain do they need to trade links?

Hello,

Sometimes when I'm searching I would see a beautiful one word keyword domain and when I check the website I see that they have links page to trade links with other websites. Do these websites really need to trade links with other websites when they have a one word keyword domain name?

    I think you are talking about unsold or parked domains. Those domains are actually for sale but showing ads based on the niche of that domain. There are no such obligations for your owned domains.

    Thank you for the reply Jipolis7,

    I mean one word domain names with real websites built ( not selling or parked ) do they need to trade links with other sites? I'm thinking that the one word and being .com or .net makes them high in ranking already in seo and search engines.
