Working since last 5 months but keywords are not ranking

I am doing SEO on my website for long time but keywords some time and soon loose their ranking. With my experience i can say that Meta tags applied are good and keyword targeting. Please help me.

    Meta is irrelevant.

    What SEO have you done? How many backlinks do you have? From where? What's the anchor text? Do the pages the backlinks are coming from ad the nofollow tag to your links? Do they have backlinks of their own?

    It's hard to understand what you are trying to say, but the statement "but keywords some time and soon loose their ranking" I'm guessing means that you see a brief jump in KW rankings but they soon lose (not "loose") those rankings.

    That is likely because you are not getting real backlinks. You are getting the easy ones that so many people here keep telling people to get - ones that do absolutely nothing to help your long term SEO.

    If you can place the link yourself on somebody else's website, it is a worthless link. Sometimes those links give you a boost for a few days, but they are quickly devalued as the bad links they are.

    Do good quality link-building and submit your site on theme related sites. You should do more focus on contents submissions like Article, Press Release, Blog, Web 2.0, etc.
