Hi,

I am in a confusion about what to do with expired events page on my website.

I conduct art craft workshops which are mostly unique. Every month new workshop we do so once the event gets over the webpage has no significance to the visitor.

Now, i have almost 3k expired events page. I thought i'll 301 redirect them. i do have some static pages on repetitive classes like bead jewelry classes.

I have nearly 50 expired event pages on bead jewelry and when i redirect these 50 event pages to a single bead jewelry static page does't overall weight-age of bead jewelry content goes down on my site? it's 50 vs 1.

Can anybody please guide me here.

For me personally.. I think its cleaner to go into each page and place a link at the bottom and top of the page directing them to a current class listing vs the 301 redirect.

an image link that says something like Ooops Sorry these classes have already been taken.. click here for the current class listings.
