Is there any difference in SEO if we just share a link on Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn and we don't write any extra text in the post? Or should we write original text in each post?

Doesn't matter. Either way it is an extremely weak link.

    Better not to spam

So If you really have something original you definately have to write something about it

Like Mike said, there's no difference in SEO because social networks do nothing for SEO (at least with Google). Social networking is about being social, making connections, getting your brand out there, sharing things that are yours and others' that are interesting to the audience at large. Pasting a link is far from being "social". It is extremely unlikely to result in any traffic, won't help build relationships, won't grow your following and, as stated before, certainly won't help your SEO.
